Gas Pedal Ouch!!!
 

I am putting on some aluminum pedals and silly me, pulled the gas pedal off the ball joint. But now I can't seem to get the gas pedal reattached. Seems like if you line up with the plastic ball cup on the back of the pedal and push all the way to the floor it you pop back on, but it does not. Can someone tell me what to do? (Be kind)
