Gotta register but it is free. They do have manuals for d/l, not sure of the year but the Boxster didn't change that much.

Yeah, I downloaded the manual for my 2000 Boxster from Renntech. I don't recall if they had one for 2001, but if you can find out what the differences are, you'd probably be in pretty good shape.
