Boxster - Manufacturer Infosheets & Brochures

All,

I just purchased a 2001 tiptronic boxster. Sadly, I have no owner's manual in the car. Does anybody know if these documents are available online? I have no clue what half of the buttons in the car do and I also don't know anything about the advised maintenance schedules.

Also, does anybody know where older 2001 brochures/pamphlets are archived at? I am curious to see what the general brochure/feature sheet looked like back then.

Thanks!

They sure are available "online", in the sense that eBay is online.
That's probably where your original ones ended up.
For sales literature, try www.autolit.com

Ronzi's right.. I got a partial set with my 01 a couple of years ago ..went on Ebay and bought a complete set ...then sold my partial set - also on Ebay.

The new owner comes today: he'll have everything. When I got the 997, I bought some dealer posters to hang on the wall. I like good paper and complete records.

I have PDF copies of the owners manual and all the service manuals which I downloaded off the web about a year ago, that site is no longer available. You will need at least the Owners Manual and Volume One, which has the Maintenance Schedule in it. Unfortunately the Owners Manual is 47 MB and Volume One is 18 MB, so emailing them would probably be very difficult, if not impossible. If you have a FTP site or access to one, I can upload to it.

Try this site...

Not sure what year the Owner's Manual is for.

All,

thanks for the tips

Johne4 - sadly, I don't have access to any FTP site. Looks like I might have to bite the ebay bullet.
