Battery Warning Light

rosso Registered User Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Canada Posts: 12	Battery Warning Light Battery Warning Light came on while driving my 2001 S yesterday and the manual says it could mean a broken drive belt or defect in the charging system and not to continue driving. I only have about 26,000 miles on it. Anyone have any experience with this? How would I know if its safe to drive to the dealership for servicing, don't want to risk any engine damage if the belt is broken because the coolant pump will not function. Thanks, Rosso
