VIN lookup of Options?

Is there a way to use the VIN of a Boxster to lookup the options that came on that car? I am looking at a few 2005/2006 Boxster S examples, where the owner (or seller) cannot definitively tell me what options or option groups came on the car when new. I always ask to see the original window sticker, but sometimes the seller does not have it. It sure would be handy if there was a web site where you could type in the VIN and get a list of options that came on the car.

Send a message via MSN to CJ_Boxster
Pop the front-hood and theres a sticker under it that has all the option codes that originally came on the car when first purchased.

CJ--Thanks for the info. Do you need a list to look up the meaning of each code? If so, where can you get that?
