The other side of the coin is that my wife told me to look at the Porsche Boxster and proceeded to buy it for me. If it wasn't for her I would be driving another S-4. I am very lucky.

I was also pushed to buy the Boxster over the other (less expensive) alternatives by my female partner -- she proved to be the perfect anti-body to my normal Yankee thrift... and I've not regretted it since!

(And she still makes comments about guys driving around in Miatas which make me happy I'm in no way connected to one of those "baby cars" - a direct quote )

Well, I'm a female dying to get myself a Boxster who might be married somewhat soon...to a man who can't drive a standard! Ha! I don't think he'd want it!

Let him drive the Camry automatic and you can drive the Boxster! Now that was an easy solution. Make sure you get it silver.
