where is the audio amplifier?
 

I'm at the last stages of installing the becker rear speaker kit and need to know where the amp is located

I assume from the short harness given its not far from the radio.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Well, not sure about your setup, but my amp is in the front trunk by the spare. I have the bose system though. I think perhaps that some speaker setups run off the power the receiver cranks out but that could be wrong info.

Just found it there. Having a blonde moment (no offense to the blondes)

Its all connected and working beautifully, just going to reroute the wiring up front to be al little cleaner.

The whole job took about 2 1/2 hours.
