New aluminum instrument cluster rings + pedals installed!
I spent last night installing these. I love the fit and way they look. What you all think? Sorry for the crappy pics. I used my cell phone during lunch to take em. Hehe...

Love em! They look great with your aluminum pedals. Now get some white or silver gauge faces and our cars will be twins!

Randall..is that how fast you were going on the way to church last sunday :D good thing you don't have the fish symbol at the back of your boxster
Where do you get white face gauges? Oh and thanks!
where do you get the aluminum kit and how much
It looks really good !
Got the aluminum gauge kit from maxspeed-motorsports. Think they were $70. Great fit. Took me only ten minutes to install. The pedals were also an eBay item that cost me $69 and took about 30 minutes to install. I got a big drill. Hehe... :)

Both look really great, nice job! How hard were the pedals to install?
The pedals you can find on eBay that say Porsche on them screw right into the rubber pedals. They are really thin, not sure if you'll notice the slight raise in pedal height. Just move your seat back a touch I guess.
There are other aftermarket pedals, ones that involve removing the rubber pedals and drilling holes in the aluminum. |
That's a hot mod for a reasonable price. I gotta have it! When's Father's Day? ; )
