Anybody Parting out a 986 in Alberta
 
Hi Everybody,

I am looking for some small parts for my 2001 986S. Really would like to find a parts car that I can pick away at as its mainly small parts I need.

Some of the "larger" parts needed are:
-Seats
-Roof (top) in dark grey
-Left Tail Light
-Front marker lights (preferably clear)
-3rd brake light w/ trim piece

I am still looking for these parts in Alberta or at least you must be willing to ship to Alberta.

Parts in Alberta
 
I am currently on my own 986 rebuild process and based in NW Calgary.

For the larger specified items I have:

Black Electric Seats
Clear and Amber Front marker lights
3rd brake light w/ trim piece

I am also updating/replacing a lot of other small parts as well.

If you're not here to help, save your trolling for the Bimmer boards.

The Ad is up and parts are rare in Alberta. Canadian duties crush resto projects.

I am here to help... people from getting scammed by posters like you. Clue in, dude: When you have the exact same parts that someone was seeking... years ago... and you've one... two posts... yeah. That's the clue.

Duties crush retro projects? Should have gotten a Miata.

Sold the bimmer. FO.

Maybe someone else will chime in with a more diplomatic approach about scammers. Not me. :D
