FS: Center dash vents radio bezel trim 97-02
 

Tired of foam pieces blowing all over? This center dash vent and radio bezel has the upgraded cloth tape that "seals" the foam to control it from coming apart. I probably have the side vents too, but I'll need to look for them. Let's go with this for now. Pretty sure it fits any Porsche 986 Boxster and Boxster S from 1997-2002. For sure, it will not fit the 2003-2004 Boxsters. I believe it also fits 996 911 Carreras from 1998-2002.

FYI, the foam that blows out the vents is predominately from the two blend doors down lower in the HVAC system and not from the center vent edge seal.

Yes, that is true - for the Boxster's that have the tape on the vents. For the earlier ones that did not have tape on the vents, those vents were a source of the foam blowing around as well.
