WTB: complete set 17 or 18 inch wheels

I have a friend who's looking to go back to stock or similar setup for his 99 boxster. He's looking for 17 or 18 inch wheels or something similar to change from the aftermarket set he has now.

Let me know what you have and if you are willing to ship to south Florida.

If they come with tires on, even better.

Thanks,

Cristian

I have a set of the gold 18" Boxster "carrera" wheels (see pics below) in excellent condition, with used-up tires on them. (you could get some florida miles out of them if you need to, but they're all but done)
Or the 17" silver 'S' wheels, which need refurb and would come with NO tires on them.

I'm in Utah. Willing to ship, and that's typically $50-ish/wheel.

well, the gold wheels WERE all but perfect. I was just removing center caps and had one of the front wheels tip over on the garage floor and "bounce" twice. sunuva.....

so.... price will reflect this. :sigh:

I feel for you!!
I took wheels off my car one year while flushing brake fluid and decided to detail the back of them while i had them off the car. One of them tipped over during the process and buggered up the front. Kind of defeated the purpose of the detail.

Had the same thing happen to my nice wheels too. It sucks. Ended up with a wheel repair guy that charged me $40/wheel to fix
