Looking for a Durametric Diagnostic kit in Option 1. Enthusiast or Professional version. Located in the Chicago area, but would be interested in purchasing and having this shipped.

I doubt anyone will sell you a Pro kit for less then a new Enthusiast kit. So if you're willing to pay the price for a used Pro kit, you might as well just go buy a new Enthusiast kit.
