Black Drivers seat FS.

I have a black drivers side power recline seat that I no longer need. There are no tears cracks or any problems with this seat. The dye is worn on the side bolster only. The leather is not cardboard and is still soft. It is in very good condition. Only reason I am selling is I found a new seat. Is $350 fair? I can ship but buyer will pay for shipping. I am in California. Conveniently mid way between San Fran and LA. Thanks
