1997-2004 Boxster Maintenance & OBD II Manual

Not sure what it's worth but I'm open to offers. I guess the best offer I get in the next week or so will take it.

The book cost about $35 new and apparently is no longer available. It is an extremely useful reference material for diagnosing error codes.

Shipping to pretty well anywhere in the states is going to be in the 15 to 20 dollar range.

Hopefully this information will help prevent anyone from embarrassing themselves with a ridiculously low offer. ;)

Edit: Shipping is actually about $30

You might want to rethink that number: if this is the grey three ring binder version put out by the factory, and has the 100 or so updates and amendments, it originally sold for nearly $2K. Yes, you read that correctly...….

Nah, it's just the single spiral-bound book that Pelican was selling a few years back.

Mark_T 07-19-2018 04:11 PM

Make me a decent offer and I'll throw in the 101 Projects book for free!

Shipping alone is $30. What are you offering for the books?

$15 and $6 shipping? I'm in.
Thank you.

shipping through USPS would be way less than $30. i ship a lot of things and the post office is generally half the price at least of the major carriers and the flat rate boxes are very affordable.

+1 I use the prepaid boxes on a regular basis.

You all do see that he is in Canada, right. And that he is not a business with a shipping division and supplies and a contract. And that he is offering a valuable resource, now out of print, for less than the cost of a side marker light. Geez, I am cheap and like to get a bargain, but really....
Just mentally apply the Porsche tax like with anything else you might buy for this car, if it helps you get over hump.

Mark, does this book provide info that would NOT be in the massive set JFP showed ( which I believe I have in electronic version ) ?

911monty 07-28-2018 07:15 AM

Payment sent Mark.

Mark_T 07-29-2018 03:27 PM

Thanks Monty. I'll get it shipped out ASAP.

Broken Linkage - I've never seen the set that JFP mentioned so I don't know the answer to your question. Thanks for being the voice of reason BTW. The low-ballers always give me a chuckle.
