P/N 986.551.039.01 from a 1999 Boxster. In good shape, with perhaps a bit of fading - but who knows what a good cleaning might do.

What can you tell me about that mesh piece? Do you have a part number? To what does it affix? Would separately you sell it?

The netting attaches to the same twist down mounting points as the hard storage box, with the little hooks on each side attaching to loops on the rollbars. Think it was only an early year part (I have one with my 97), so not sure if later years have the little loops to hook on to? Without them, it wouldn't be 'tight' like it's supposed to be.

Part number is 986.551.633.00 ... there seems to be a few on ebay uk for real cheap.

Well, I'd say about $50 would cover it. It'd come with the rear shelf carpet attached. :)



Seriously, though, what I can find is that's actually a decent price for it. New, they're $182, or if you can find one on ebay, it's about 20 Euros plus shipping from Ireland.
