Yes, the door panels would fit a '97. The one caveat is that many '97s do not have door airbags, and these panels have provisions for them. They would still fit fine if you don't have the door mounted airbags.
I believe that I do have complete door harnesses that I could include. The speaker wiring is integrated in the door harness. Did you need the door speakers as well?
I am asking $350 for the door panels shipped, and would throw in both foam pads panels for another $35. If I have door harnesses I would just throw them in the box.
