FS - Drop Link outer tie Rods

Hi Everybody,

I am selling brand new, custom machined, bump steer tie rod ends for 986 and 996. I have designed and machined these myself. I am not a fan of the "stacked" washers and 12mm bolt version that are out on the market, I am confident that my design is a great improvement in strength, quality and most importantly...safety. Here are the details:

-Made from Billet 6061-T6 Aluminum
-Natural anodized brushed finish (standard colors are $50 adder)
-Main stud is grade 10.9 (14MM)
-Spacers are 4130 HT Chromalloy Steel. Three spacer sizes are included to match the drop you require.
-Taper bushing is 4140 Annealed Chromalloy Steel (a bit softer to adapt to your spindles taper). Note that my taper bushing is threaded onto the main stud (M14 in size)
-Turnbuckle design (outer connection s left hand thread)
-Spherical end bearing is alloy steel with Teflon liner rated for 31,680 Psi static load
-Bottom nut is a "jam" nut, tightened against the threaded spacer. With a cotter pin.

Here are a couple of pictures, I am asking $200 (Canadian Dollars) per side and can ship within 1 week of order. Payments accepted via Paypal. Please PM me if you wish to purchase or discuss an order.

100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not happy, send them back and I will refund your money.

Sorry.....should have labelled this topic "Bump Steer Tie Rod Ends", I can't see how to correct this on my post.
