Floormats moving / velcro plates

Does anyone have any info on the Velcro plates that secure the floormats? My mats have the (2) Velcro circles on them but I am missing the Velcro plates pictured in this link.

I bought a new set from suncoast, and more recently I got a set of 987 mats on mega clearance that included a set as well. It made a big difference.
