Seat components - 2000 Boxster
These are parts from a 2000 Porsche Boxster (986). They will also work in a Carrera (996) of the same era. I will sell the entire lot for $150. I am willing to sell the various parts separately and the asking prices for each item are shown below.
I have the driver's seat bottom in fair condition. It will need to be re-dyed, but it does not have any rips or tears. I also had to repair two of the pieces under the seat with epoxy. I believe it is heated, but I have not tested it. The white marks are on the side that faces the center console, so they would not be visible when installed. Asking $50. http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1448740730.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1448740784.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1448740827.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1448740903.jpg I also have manual seat bases for both the passenger and driver side. They work perfectly and are in excellent cosmetic condition. These would be great for a car with a jammed base. Asking $50 each or both for $75. http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1448740951.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1448741002.jpg Finally, I have the control for the two-way power driver's seat. The control is manual height adjustment, power backrest. Asking $20. http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1448741042.jpg Please send me a PM if you have questions. |

Thanks for the offers.
The seat bottom is still available. |
The sale of the manual seat bases fell through and they are back up for sale. I now have 4 of them. (Two passenger's side and two driver's side.)
I also have two control switches for the two-way power seats. (One for each side.) Everything worked fine when it was removed from the car. I'm told that the manual seat brackets are good for installing racing seats. |
You should sell them on rennlist if they don't sell here, they are always seem to be looking for them over there.

Thanks
I will give that a try. |
I sold two of the seat brackets, but I still have one driver's and one passenger's side remaining. I also have the control switches for the two-way power seats.
The shipping cost for the seat brackets was $50 with UPS, so I will need to ask you to help with shipping if you aren't local to me. I am willing to deliver in the Richmond, Charlottesville, Norfolk or Fort Lee areas. I also go to Northern VA occasionally. |
