WTB 01 Immobilizer

I need an immobilizer for my 01 base model. I have a good working one for an 03 that could not be programmed to my car (wrong year). Thank you.

I have the immobilizer from my '01 base, manual, parts car available. Do you need the whole set (immobilizer + DME + transponder) or just the immobilizer box?
I have never had a key for that car, but have the immobilizer (Central Locking Unit) and ECU (DME).
