Cruising Kijiji for Alberta Canada and came across this

1999 Porsche 986 Engine for Sale | engine, engine parts | Grande Prairie | Kijiji

I know nothing at all about this motor

Aparently they do not either, no engine size or anything

Yes, the seller certainly didn't want to make anything easy or obvious!

Here are my thoughts; If its a 1999 986, then it should be a 2.5L engine. And if the transmission control module is included, then it should be a Tiptronic.

But it would certainly be best to confirm before dropping four large ones...

I know some about the 2.5 in my 99 and some of my 5 speed trany but this peticular sale - I don't know the seller nor his product he want to sell
