Maybe a nice lumbar support? You could run the strap around the back insert. Looks like it would be a perfect fit.
The crest is awfully bold, though.

In the pillows defense, they do look well made.

Cut the strap off and use them as wheel chocks?

Those look more or less like backrests lol Carbon fiber ones as well. Wow imagine!

Now if you can safely turn this into a way to allow me to run 5/6 point harnesses
on my stock seats ....... you might have a hit on your hands....

But as is.... I'd use it as a muscle fascia roller :-)
