RTS roof transport system + bike rack

I have the roof rack and single bike rack, that I bought for a 2000 Boxster. It's never been installed, but I think all of the parts are included, including locks.
My understanding is that it'll fit 97-04? but aren't exactly sure.
I'd like to get $400, but am also open for offers.
