FS: Seal Grey Aerokit 1 Wing OEM - $300 obo

I have for sale a rare Porsche Aerokit 1 rear wing for a Boxster 986 (1997-2004). This part was only available from the factory as piece of the Aero Kit 1 package which included a special front bumper, side skirts, and rear wing. With or without the rest of the package this wing adds a little something extra to the profile of the Boxster. This wing is in factory original Seal Grey paint.

Installation instructions can be readily found online. The rear taillight will need some rewiring as the previous owner simply cut the wires during uninstall.

$300 or best offer.

San Francisco Bay Area local buyers are strongly preferred. This piece is too long and awkward to ship easily. Cash is king, Paypal is secondary (buyer pays fees).

The last photo is not the same piece and is shared here to demonstrate how the wing looks when installed.

986 wing aerokit

I have a bit of interest in this, but I need to understand where did the previous owner cut the wires for the light? Can you post a photo of that, please?

Thanks,

Pat

Apologies for the delayed response. As you can see in the attached photo the electrical leads appear to be snipped close to where they exit the wing. I haven't attempted to disassemble the wing to see how this might be repaired or replaced.
