3.2 into Base Boxster

Some of you regulars that watch the classifieds, might recall a red 2003 base boxster that was listed with a blown 2.7L motor back in Novemeber or December (I can't find the listing anymore), but I purchased the car.

Anyway, according to Wayne's Project book, the 2003 base can accept any 2003 to 2008 Boxster engine. However, in his book, Wayne did not elaborate on the additional work that would be needed to upgrade a base model to the S engine. The first things that come to my mind are the third radiator and weren't the cooling tubes/hoses larger? And of course, the DME would need to be reprogrammed.

What else should I be considering if I were to put this 3.2L engine into my base 03?

Thanks,
Joe

PM me the M# on the ID of the engine, near the sump on bank 1. I may need this for a core for a customer who scattered theirs last week and wants to build my 3.8 from the OE base engine.
