Can't answer your question but what I would do in if I were you is subscribe to this thread and wait until a batch comes in. They seem to be manufactured in sml quantity... 3~4 times per years.... something like that

Anyone else showing interest here would just speed up that process I'm sure

Thanks. I thought maybe he had just left but looking at his profile it appears he was on here a few days ago (if I'm reading it right) so I just wanted to post on here. Not in any hurry - just seems to be the only place I can find these being made.
