Hi, I bought this the LN bearing removal kit for $260 and used it once. I'm selling it for $200 on ebay. If anyone was planning on doing a DIY bearing retrofit, this is your kit.

This is the LN Engineering IMS Retrofit TOOLKIT. It was purchased new and used once for a DIY IMS Bearing Retrofit.

This kit can is for use with the Porsche Boxster and 911 from years 1997 to 2005, which use the M96 motor. It can remove both Dual-Row (1997 - early 2001) and Single-Row (late 2001 - 2005). Retrofitting your factory IMS bearing, a known failure point, with an upgraded one is a great way to improve the longevity of your beloved car and prevent catastrophic engine failure. The retrofit can be done with the transmission removed and the engine still in the car. It is ideally done during a clutch job. This kit is perfect for the DIY mechanic wanting to retrofit the bearing at home. These tools are for removing the bearing; install tools and new hardware are sold with the new bearing.

I purchased this kit new to preventatively retrofit the IMS Bearing in a 1998 Boxster. It was used once. The tool cost around $260 from the manufacturer. The tools have been used once and function as designed. Perfect for DIY installations.

Kit includes:
- Bearing Driver/Puller
- Attachments for removing both Porsche factory and LN Engineering bearings
- TDC Lock Pin (not pictured)
- Cam locks for 5-chain (early) and 3-chain (late) motors
- LN Engineering "easy out" tool for broken center studs

(Does not include instructions. They can be found here.)
