I only have one set left for a non-s muffler. Can still be used but would need to be shortened 1/2 inch on each side. Not sure if I will be making more.

PM sent to see if they're still available...

If you're not making them any more, can you PM me the measurement specs? I'd like to have a pair made for my S muffler.

I will consider making another production run if I can get three orders locked in advance.

Hi there, I am willing to put down deposit/payment right now, but if it's going to be longer than a week or two, I'll probably just bend my own. 2001 S. Please advise.

Thanks!!

winter.k 06-01-2016 08:50 AM

I'll also put down for a set for a "S" muffler.

Honesty the killer is the cost of shipping it back and forth. the labor is $150, plus the pipes for $100, plus $120 (estimate) for shipping. So your looking at $370 Total. That is why I sell just to pipes; to save people the shipping cost.

I'm not sure what that muffler looks like.

j911brick 07-04-2016 08:21 AM

OK, everybody should have their pipes by now. I have two sets left. I am open if anybody has questions about installation you can call me.

opus104132 12-09-2016 06:49 AM

Hi - just wondering if you still have these available. Thanks.

winter.k 12-09-2016 06:55 AM

Does anyone have welding recommendations for these pipes?

Assuming the muffler is fairly good alloy stainless steel. What type of stainless welding rod would be the best for installing these? I want the weld joints to stay clean and strong for a long time.

Maybe you should consider doing the internal bypass mod that I posted. It does the same thing as bypass pipes without welding external pipes onto the muffler and is completely "stealth".

Tbh I'm not fond of the idea of drilling through the shell. I'd prefer to go with the bypass pipes. Plus I think I prefer the sound of the bypass pipes. Imo it's a little throatier sounding

How would you know if you haven't done it? ;)
It's the same thing, hence it will have the same sound.

I'm sure you can find a muffler shop in your area that can bend some pipes.

I would guess $75 give or take through the USPS. Fedex or UPS are usually crazy high to ship out of the US.
