so i guess they didn't fit on the 986 :(
and a bump.

The triangle mirror mount is slightly different...but i reckon with a bit of messing about they could work. they need taking apart really.
Have just upgraded my Snap On tool cabinet so thought would abandon this and put the money towards some tools..Lol :)
