Wanted : Porsche Boxster Steering Wheel.

I'm after a new Steering Wheel to replace mine on a 1998 Porsche Boxster 986 Convertible.

Must be in mint condition and black in color.

Thanks.

I have one off our 1998 - original owner immediately switched to the 3 spoke two-tone and gave us the original when we purchased the car. Looks mint to me. We also have the airbag that goes in the center which is also mint if you're looking for the set. I'll try to take a picture this evening and put in here for you to view...have a price in mind for the wheel / set?

I checked my maintenance records and the steering wheel had 1,651 miles / 2,657 km on the car when it was removed and replaced with the 3-spoke steering wheel. It's been stored in plastic, in the box that came with the 3-spoke wheel.

I do not know the functional condition of the airbag, but it appears mint as well. I suppose I could go to a Porsche dealer to get it tested for functionality?

I think shipping to Australia would be around $90-100 usd via US Postal? I'd like $400 for the set plus shipping...I'd consider selling separate, but it's really a nice, clean setup that matches perfectly.

If I'm out of line price wise, I'm sure someone will let me know - saw a few wheels on ebay around $200, and they were rough by comparison (shiny / worn). The airbags were nice and about $150. Certainly not trying to gouge, just a fair price for a mint setup.

A couple more pics that show the close up front / rear of the wheel near the spokes:

Looks good!
Can't I use the Air Bag I have already and just grab the steering wheel?
And how much for the wheel alone?

I'll sell separate. Sending PM.
