This one is painted Arctic Silver and includes the center latch. You will have to provide your own twist locks if your car does not already have them. I will not ship this item. It is very large and was mildly damaged in shipping the first time. There is a corner nicked off on the right side of the hatch. It never bothered me so I never did anything with it.
