WTB Bypass test pipe

I'd like to try a set of these but they're out of stock until late August:

TOP SPEED AUTO ACCESSORIES, INC.

I know Fabspeed has something similar but don't want to dish out $500 for two pieces of stainless steel pipes. Having said that, I'd buy a used set if it's reasonably priced
