SWAP : Tinted glass windows for Clear glass
Hi, I have a 2001 Base with Tinted windows. Am looking to swap these out for clear windows. Would be best to do this in NE Florida.
Thanks
Terry

The tint can be taken off pretty easily.

I've heard that a fabric / upholstery steamer is a pretty easy way to get the glue to release -- try googling / youtubing, you'll find some tips.

Aah right, I thought it was actually tinted glass but have checked and there is a film over the clear glass.
What do you think the best method is ? Hair Dryer and Razor ?

I've done it using a portable hand steam shark before. I've also seen someone do it with hot water and a washcloth but it doesn't work as well as a steamer.
