This is a set of 4 Brand New Eibach Kinesis Springs that will fits ALL 1997-2004 Boxster (Including Boxster S) Part #KM7 212.001/002 47/97.

These springs provide a 1" drop all around. Great for daily drive and weekend track events :) I have been told by several knowledgeable people that they are one of the few aftermarket springs available that will allow you to align the car w/in Porsche specs.

FRONT (kgs) : 775 kg

REAR (kgs) : 940 kg

currently i got OEM springs I hear them (headers) rattling do you think it will become worse with the lowering springs? just before i make a purchase which turn unpleasant

Headers rattling? this should have nothing to do with your current springs.
you need to check what is causing the rattle. The sprins does not touch any part of the header. the lowering springs only lower the ride. so it should not make anything worst or better. :)

Well mechanic tried to get alignment as close as possible after installing these springs, but in the end, he could not get it to match factory specs.

Toe is slightly off and camber is off, especially on rear tires where it is visually noticeable.

Project, did you up grade your compensation plates? Depending on your springs you either need to go with 3.3mm or 6.5mm plates.

Are you using stock wheels or after market, sometimes different offset and width will throw off alignment. Also, even factory spec will have certain alignment tolerance. alignment.
