Stebro race exhaust for 986S

************ SOLD ***************
********************************

I am selling a used Stebro Race exhaust for 986

This is by far the best sounding exhaust I EVER heard on a Boxster.
The exhaust seriously makes your Boxster sound like a racecar (including the burble when you get off the gas).
It starts with a very low rumble at low RPM and then gets more and more agressive and above 5,000 RPM you are in racecar sound heaven. It doesn't sound like a Ferrari or Lambo, it simply sounds like a bona fide Porsche racecar.
There is drone between 2.5k and 3k RPM but not as bad as a GHL
And this exhaust is L-O-U-D !!!

I had planned to turn my car eventually in a racecar but my plans have changed, so I am selling it. The exhaust sells new for $1,200.

$500 + shipping gets it, for $100 I throw in a set of custom made "Laguna Pipes" (if you don't know what they are good for you won't need them. trust me)

Zang,

What diameter piping is used ? And what are the inlet and outlet diameters on the mufflers ?

- Mike I am assuming you're not interested in the Laguna pipes - correct?
- please confirm and I'll send you a PayPal invoice

Mr Danger:
- I am assuming your question is in regards to the Laguna pipes:
- The inside diameter of the part which goes over the exhaust tips is 3.5" and then goes into 3" piping

I was referring to the exhaust itself . No matter at this point .

JohnnyD,

If I change my mind after I get the exhaust and decide that I don't want it, you will have first dibs

No worries friend of friends ! I was more curious about the design than I was purchasing it . By the way, how's my favorite boxster doing ? :)

Your favorite Boxster is doing well. I've been pretty quiet on 986 lately as I bought a 997 last summer and I have been having fun with the mod bug on that car. But it's springtime and I have dropped the top on the Boxster and have renewed interest in playing with my "old" toy.

If you need more specs on the exhaust let me know and I will get them for you once I receive the Stebro from Zang
