Bala, it's a soft cover material. I'm not a fabric expert but The name and part number is in the original listing so please Google it and you'll find full technical and product descriptions on the cover. It's the cover that many use. I'm only selling because I sold the car it was for. My description comes from the manufacturer's web site.
