Unused Catalytic Converter 03? model

I've had this cat sitting in a box for a couple of years thinking it would have fit my 99 but it doesn't have O2 holes in it (any my originals turned out to be fine). Finally I'm offering it up for sale cheap. Vertex has these new for 1372.00.

Part# : 996 113 023 06
Asking $300.00

Thanks
Chris

That is the very part # for this part (see image 2). You have two bad ones?
Thanks
Chris

Catalytic

Thx, Chris... I'm gonna talk to a mechanic. Just bought my first Porsche, Boxster 2000 w/ 28,000 miles, but am regretting already cuz of this problem..... I'm new here, so, how could we proceed this business. But if doesn't fit your 1999, why would fit my 2000?
Thanks,
Alex

Well it would fit I would just have to have the bungs welded in. The 2000 has 4 cats and the 1999 only 2. If the dealership gave you that part # then that is the correct part. Whats wrong with yours? If you want it we can just do pay pal.
