1997 Boxster DEM Needed

Hi there, I just purchased a 1997 Boxster, anyways it has a new anti theft and key ready to be programmed, but somebody has taken the DEM out of a 996 or some other porsche which does not work, I am looking for a working DEM, let me know. Thanks.

what is the dem ????? i fot a 1998 boxster and lot of parts email me enzofires@gmail.com

He means the DME, boxsterfire. It's just a typo. It's the engine control unit.
