FS: Maxspeed Muffler (original sausage design) 2.5L

The muffler is in very good condition (still shiny) and fits 97-99MY. I had it on the car for less than a year. Reduced: $250 shipping included
Thanks!

Chris

EDIT: See last post about cat supports. Price reduced!

Maxspeed

Pictures?

What's the difference between Maxspeed and Fabspeed in regards to sound, quality, etc.

Here are a couple pics I snapped this morning in the iPhone. As for comparison I hav no idea how the Fabspeed sounds. There is a youtube link to this muffler on a 2.5.

Why are you selling it? Dont like the sound, drone or what? I have been looking at these. Did you install it yourself (bolt on)?

After having the stock back on for a while I got used to it, so now I have the headers and cats from Maxspeed installed but a stock muffler. It is easy in install yourself. If done so many muffler swaps now on my car that I have the entire job done in one hour.

All these aftermarket mufflers drone. This one isn't too bad. A couple of years ago I briefly had their 2nd generation one and that was insanely loud in the cabin.

In doing another swap the rear cat support brackets broke when I was finally going to bend them into position. I never did hook them up originally. I am reducing the price to $250 or if you happen to have BoxsterS muffler I will trade.
