Update

Some people have asked me for an update. Where it stands is that the certificate is for a set of tires, any size any model, which makes it far more valuable than the best offer that I have had. For example, the Michelins I have on my 18" rims cost around $1200 from Costco. A comparable quality tire from Dunlop runs about the same or more, and if you have something other than a Boxster that needs new shoes - good shoes - the prices can be crazy, and you can potentially save a couple of hundred here. I think if nothing really realistic comes up by the end of January I will get them for myself and just store them until I need them.

I hope I have answered whatever questions you have. I don't mean to be so vague, but I also want to keep things private and dignified and not abuse the Forum.

FTD,

Can you explain what kind of certificate it is, do they have to be ordered from a certain source? If so what source? Expiration date?

Thank you,

Dave

P.S. FTD, I'd like to make an offer but can't until these questions get answered.
