I am lookin for a Transport System with either 2 bike mount kits or a box.

What are you trying to transport?
Used RTS are hard to come-by, and expensive new. Bird makes a nice bike rack, but their ski attachment isn't that great in my opinion. I did see a RTS on eBay about a week ago.
