Chris Craft...
If this fit a 3.2 I'd be all over it. Fabspeed makes great stuff.
Cheers
Mike

I'm up to my ears in suspension replacement expenses, so I can't buy this from you, but I would love to know if the fabspeed single chamber muffler has the typical cabin resonance of aftermarket mufflers. All the twin chamber models have it, as well as the sausage shaped one from Dansk.

Loud and not annoying at the 2k-3k range, or is the drone there?

I have the Dansk sausage muffler and suffered from the drone at about 2800-3000 RPM - but after I installed headers and it went away. The combination of the two must have cancelled each other out somehow.

Chris Craft:

I've been watching this thread and I see in your signature you've gone back to the OE muffler. Was the Stebro Sport just too annoying for you?

Most of my driving is on the highway at or around 70 mph so the drone isn't too bad for me, especially with the top down. With the hardtop on it is more bothersome. Otherwise I enjoy the noise.

At some point I would like to abandon the Stebro and install the new Fabspeed muffler along with their headers, but I don't think this will happen this year.

Do you think you will be satisfied with the stock muffler for long or do you have other plans?
