FS: Black hardtop & Porsche Sport Exhaust

I will be selling my car soon so I now have my black hardtop w/cover and the Porsche Sport Exhaust for sale. I'd like to get $1000 plus shipping for the top and I'm not sure what the PSE is worth. Suncoast has it listed now for $1,795. It definitely is used but is in good shape. The tonal quality is awesome. PM me for more info.
Thanks.

The hardtop is sold. Any advice on who specifically to ship this through would be appreciated.

Also, I've set the price on the PSE at $700 plus shipping. I do not have the electrical/vacuum connections. It is preset at the "on" mode. Still quiet below 4000 RPM like stock muffler.

Further cleaning uncovers unused indoor car cover with lock ($50), plastic cupholder that fits in glovebox never used ($25), OEM rear speakers needs connector as I used the old one on PNP speakers ($30), Porsche battery maintainer never used ($30). Most of these were Christmas presents that I never used.
PM if interested.
Thanks.

Is the PSE pre or post 03?

Just curious what your replacement car will be? 911? Did that last DE have anything to do with your decision?

nickg, I sent you a PM

jteixidor, I'll send you a picture on Monday. I'm going out of town for the weekend and am leaving shortly. What is there are the two speakers and the wiring inside the compartment. I'll see if I have an extra connector. The connector should just plug in next to the passenger side rollbar.

boxterz, the PSE is pre-2003. My replacement will be a 996tt as soon as I sell my Boxster ($22,000) and my 1988 928 S4 ($15,000, it has 53,000 miles on it). I've attached a picture. Send me a PM if anyone is interested in either vehicle.
The last DE was the funnest day of my life. The car was flawless and very fast. I started thinking about the next round of mods (quaife LSD, r-compounds, maybe a wing, LOL) and decided not to continue putting money into the car when a change was just around the corner. You see my wife is tired of me having all the fun and with a two year old son we need 4 seats. She is the one that has talked me into changing cars. I love my car so much and it handles, drives so well that the only thing that would be enough of an improvement to me was the turbo. A C2 or even a C4S is just to close in performance to what I have.

Wife is still packing. Here is a picture of the speakers/grills/connector.

File size too large. If you want a picture PM your e-mail and I'll send.

For shipping the top, give these guys a call. They gave me a price, went to the sellers house, picked up the top, crated it up. Three days later it was here!

Maybe pricey, but quick and painless.

SC986, What was the price? Dimensions & Weight?

SC986 10-08-2007 04:10 PM

I don't know the specifics. I gave them the two addresses and told them what it was and they gave me a quote. Seems like the top is around 65 lbsby itself. Sorry I can't be of more help.
