Boxster windscreen for sale

I have available a used windscreen for sale. This is the center lexan piece as shown. Does not have the honeycomb inserts that go behind the driver and passenger head. Comes with parts shown.

I personally can't tell a whole lot of difference in the wind when I have these on or off, but some people swear by them.

Used condition but no major problems. Ready to go. $125.00 shipped in the Continental US, I take paypal to navarro@flash.net Take care,

Mike

That's a good price. Someone should hop on this.

It definately works! I tested it back to back with and without. Although I couldn't feel much difference myself, I could SEE my GF's long hair whipping around, flowing forward, her hair about covered her face at around 30 mph. It looked as though she was traveling backwards with no wind screen. Seeing is believing!

Windstop

I just purchased a 98 Boxster that was missing the Windstop. Will this one fit? Is it a stock windstop? Any scratches? The hardware shown looks like those that attach to the frame? Is there anything else needed?

I am very interested!

I believe it fits all the 986 models of Boxster, not the later years 987, so it should fit a 98. In order to install it, you will need rivets that hold the brackets you see to the rollbar, they should be a few bucks at any dealer, and I believe a pop rivet gun if you don't have one. It DOES have some scratches as it is used. No abuse though. If you were to buy it and didn't like the condition, you could send it back and I'd refund your money. I've included a link below so you can get an idea on the installation.

Take care,

Mike

And yes, it is a factory OEM windstop, not aftermarket. Take care,

Mike
