Looking to trade pristine CD Holder and/or ashtray from 2001 for the matching alternates: Storage cubby and/or non-smoker's kit. Both are black. Straight up swap?

is the tray a pop-in pop out thing or will I have to take the dash apart? I am interested in the cd tray if it is a simple swap

very simple, pop off cover on side and remove, install is reverse of removal.
