WTB: running well, 2.5 boxster motor.
 

Anybody with one of these from a wreck or swap lying around let me know.

Im a college kid trying to get my box up again, but dont have loads of cash to be forking out 5k on a motor. Hoping for someone with a good deal.

I have a 98 Box with 53,000. The car has been maintained by Porsche of Beverley Hills and is running perfectly, no issues at all. I will be converting this car to a 3.6 set up this fall. If you can wait, I will be able to make you a great deal. If your interested send me a pm.

In College w/ a Porsche?! That's not a good combination! Just kidding,I'm in college w/ a 99' as well. How did you blow the engine?

Check eBay out for 2.5L engine,they tend to go for $2-5k and most seem to be of decent mileage. There aren't any listed now but keep an eye out.
