Good job man!

Talk about "wow" factor!
Although now I feel guilty. I've owned mine for 13 months and I've never seen the engine.

Picked car up from the detailer today. Paid equivalent of $13 for cleaning the engine.

All that work for no one to see.

Looks good. Question. I just cleaned my throdle body and started cleaning like you with light water and degreaser the outside's of engine. When i took off the main air plastic tube that goes to the throdlebody from the airbox. Right below,i guess where the engine meets the transmission. You can see on the top of the block a little crack that i can see into i guess would be the flywheel or clutch? This normal? Does not look damaged but looks like it could have or should have a rubber capping or cover on it? I can see water/dirt easily getting in there and gumming it up over time.Guess a picture of it would help. So basicly i stopped washing in there. You would think engine/trans blocks are fully case/sealed no?

I did that Last year about two weeks before our Black Rock event, I checked it at the event and it was still spotless two weeks on and lots of spirited driving.

Baby is doing great, She just over one month old, and already in 3-6 month clothes >.<

That's a great picture! I am sure she will be a big help in a few years. Congratulations on a beautiful family!
